- The murmuring continues unabated that use of antibiotics in food production is somehow responsible for human antibiotic resistance. Dr. Howard Hill helped make the case to "follow the science" recently at a congressional hearing on antibiotic use in livestock production and antibiotic resistance in humans. We caught up with Dr. Hill enroute to the International Pig Veterinary Society Congress.
