I think its great that stores offer recipes in store. I know I see things in cookbooks but rarely write down the ingredients. If i can have a printout or card that tells me everything I need to buy in the store I am 10X more likely to remember and buy them.
What a great idea if the info is really good. I would love to have it available if you could screen it by healthiness too. As long as it is not just a way to sell the latest consumer food.
What a great idea, and an excellent way for supermarkets to boost their revenue with a technology that's almost free. Cell phones and PDAs are going to become more and more important as consumers move away from their computers for web browsing; by leveraging the ubiquity of these devices and providing valuable content right at the point-of-purchase, smart retailers can add great value even to commodity products.
