The strength of any organization is in its diversity, yet in that diversity resides that differences that cause erosion of productivity and efficiency. Every business has a "social system" comprised of people involved in dynamic interaction.
All business results are a function of behavior. When the results are unfavorable, change the behavior and when the results are favorable, find ways to duplicate behavior with other employees. This session will look at ways to provide workers with tools to interact effectively to create desirable team results.
