VFDs and Changes In Antibiotic Use There were many conversations about how the Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) will impact many organizations in the swine ecosystem.

The main message was "you should be starting now to be ready by January 1, 2017".

Additional presentations shared the environmental and economics of swine, how Checkoff funds have been allocated to promote pork into the summer and fall, and "What does happen during a Common Swine Industry Audit?"
